It is predicted that nanotechnology will have a bigger impact on society than the industrial revolution and the computer age. There is already a great demand-both nationally and internationally-for graduates with appropriate skills and techniques in nanotechnology, and it is projected that this demand will increase greatly over the next decade. Medical Nanotechnology is the application of the methods and techniques of Nanotechnology to medical and health areas.
This degree offers a solid grounding in the basic sciences, including biology, chemistry, physics and biochemistry. You may choose to maximise the content of any of these areas in your degree or combine with studies in another area.

Part time-study is only available to local students and is generally completed by day classes as there are limited night classes.

There is currently a high demand both nationally and internationally for graduates with appropriate nanotechnology skills and techniques.
