You will develop the professional competencies important for ethical, safe practice, high quality care and the skills to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Part time-study is only available to local students and is generally completed by day classes as there are limited night classes.

Practical Experience

A one-week placement is in Year 1 for all health science students. Students majoring in Therapeutic Recreation undertake three weeks of placement in Years 2 and six weeks of placement in Year 3.
