Vocational Education and Training Pathways

If you are completing a Certificate IV or above at TAFE (opens in a new window), a Private College or Community College, then you are on the Vocational Education and Training pathway to commencing studies at the University of Western Sydney.

UWS and other education providers have agreed on ways in which your study can count toward your UWS degree.

If you have completed your studies overseas, there are International Education Pathways 

If you have completed a course that is not listed under the agreed UWS/VET Pathway, you can apply for Advanced Standing (recognition of prior learning) and follow the approval process. Information and an application form can be accessed from the Advanced Standing pages.
