Citizenship Status

Applicants who are Australian Citizen’s should provide either a certified copy of their Birth Certificate, Driver’s Licenseor Australian Passport
Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa Holders must provide a certified copy of the pages in yourpassport showing:
- your personal details, and
- a government stamp detailing the class and subclass of visa you havebeen issued and the date of issue, or
Applicants who identify as people of Australian Indigenous descent mustcomplete an Indigenous Australian Declaration (PDF)
