Confirmation of Candidature

The Confirmation of Candidature is a compulsory requirement for all first year research students, usually completed within the first six months of candidature, but no later than 12 months.

On-Line Workshops for Higher Degree Research

This set of resources is designed for you to work through at your own pace. It also includes lists of relevant books and links to other websites. First you will need to register to be added to the Higher Degree Research vUWS site. There is also a module covering Confirmation of Candidature in Postgraduate Essentials on-line orientation.

This will only add you to the Higher Degree Research vUWS site if you are a current UWS staff or student. If you experience any problem with being added to the site please contact the E-Learning Service Desk.
