AUTC Assessing Learning in Australian Universities (opens in a new window)
The Assessing Learning in Australian Universities site is designed to support academic staff in maintaining high quality assessment practices and in responding effectively to issues in student assessment. Five assessment issues are explored in depth:  online assessment;  assessing large classes; minimising plagiarism; assessing group work; and assessing students unfamiliar with assessment practices in Australian universities.

Bioassess: Enhancing assessment in the biological sciences:  Ideas and resources for university educators (opens in a new window)
The Bioassess site highlights contemporary issues such as assessing generic skills, providing feedback, involving sessional staff, enhancing assessment for diverse student groups.  It contains resources on types of assessment such as group work, online assessment, peer and self assessment, and reflective journals.
