Managing Your LTAP Project

All forms are regularly updated. Please ensure that you are using the latest version.

For more information, please contact the LTAP Project Officer, Cherri Bracken, at the Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching).

Important

  • To ensure that your expenses remain within the budget allocation for the year, you are requested to keep a personal record of all project expenses for your reference.
  • Check your personal records regularly against the Monthly Finance Report (see 'Useful Links' below) and ensure that all expenses charged have, in fact, been processed correctly.
  • Please note that unspent funds from 2008, 2009 and 2010 will be forfeited.
  • When phoning or emailing, please quote your project number (eg. P7282) and, where applicable, Finance project code (eg. 09707)
