IT Fact Sheets (opens in a new window) are a series of documents designed to help you with common problems with configuring and connecting to various IT services.
ITS is working towards replacing its paper based forms with electronic versions. In the meantime, you can find paper based IT forms (opens in a new window) here, including the popular User ID and Services Request form (used to have an email account created and to gain access to other services).

The Service Desk has five operators and one supervisor.
What happens when I call the IT Service Desk?
The Service Desk Operator will ask you some questions to determine the problem. In many cases, the operator will be able to resolve the issue immediately. If the operator cannot resolve the problem, they will log a job to a campus support team, or to a more specialised ITS team, depending on the nature of the problem.
