We are pleased to announce that the University's existing printer fleet will be replaced with new Fui Xerox Multi Function Devices (MFDs). These devices offer faster, more cost effective printing (in both black and white, and colour) as well as better print resolution. ITP are currently in the process of contacting printer coordinators to discuss requirements and planning for the installation of the Fuji Xerox devices. If you have any concerns or questions please contact Simon Hedges or Vickie Robinson for when Simon is unavailable.
Adobe Web Premium suite is now available on UWS staff computers through 'Run Advertised Programs'. As part of our licensing agreement, Adobe is also offering a significant discount to staff purchasing software for home use. See the information for ordering at home in our Software page.
New Laptop and Desktop Kits product specifications (opens in a new window) (PDF, 568Kb) are now available! The specifications contain product information on Notebooks, Netbooks, Tower and Ultra Slim Builds.

Information Technology Procurement (ITP) is responsible for the acquisition and asset management of computer hardware, software and related equipment on behalf of the University. Our aim is to provide the University's Schools and Divisions with complete IT solutions to fulfill their business needs. We provide accurate advice and expertise in the key areas of procurement, deployment, disposal and IT asset management.
