Welcome to Virtual UWS, or vUWS (pronounced 'views'). This is the e-learning environment at the University of Western Sydney.

If you still have an enquiry about vUWS please either use the appropriate Help Form below, use the ‘Submit or Track an Enquiry' link, or call the E-Learning Service Desk on (02) 9852 5252. Please use only one of these options so that we do not receive multiple enquiries from you about the same matter. The E-Learning Service Desk is open from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday until the end of January 2009. All vUWS enquiries submitted will be actioned during operating hours.

Browser Check

Before logging in, it is recommended that you perform a browser check to see if your computer is properly configured to use vUWS.

If the Browser Check identifies that your Java is not suitable then please access the appropriate instructions below:

Java Certificate

After logging in to vUWS, you will be prompted to accept a Java Security Certificate. You must click on the 'Run' button and add a tick in the box to the left of 'Always allow content from this publisher' to ensure that vUWS functionality using Java will work properly in your browser.
