It is the policy of the University of Western Sydney (UWS) to respond quickly to notifications of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that material available on the University of Western Sydney network may constitute a copyright infringement of your work or the work of others, please contact or send a notification to Frank Hill, Designated Representative (Copyright).

Your notification must contain sufficient information to:

• enable the identification and location of the copyrighted work that is the subject of the claimed infringement
• be able to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, if required
• indicate whether you are owner of the material or are acting on their behalf.

Alternatively, complete the Infringing Copyright Material Notice (PDF, 15Kb) and submit to Frank Hill, Designated Representative (Copyright).
