
Graham worked within industry and then post-16 education in UK until 2003 before moving to NSW and then to the post of Teaching Fellow at UWS. He researched into the retention of first year students within the School and was involved in a UWS project "Transition and First Year Experience", plus was a School Learning and Teaching Fellow assisting with the implementation of the University's Assessment Policy. He then became a member of the full-time School of Engineering staff. Graham is Unit Coordinator for first year Design Science and coordinates the Orientation programs and first year support to students.
