Capital Works and Facilities (CW&F) plays a central role in the University’s operations by supporting, maintaining and repairing its built environment and facilities.

Services include:

  • building maintenance
  • grounds and environment
  • cleaning services
  • furniture relocation
  • keys, locks and security
  • mail and courier services 
  • internal events/functions
  • space planning and relocation
  • parking and traffic management
  • signage
  • commercial property and leasing.

The UWS Contact Service Centre is the point of contact for all CW&F client service requests. The Centre is open between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays (excluding public holidays and the Christmas/New Year close down period).

Routine maintenance or facilities requests can be lodged by completing a Client Service Request Form (MS Word, 52Kb) and emailing the form to facilities@uws.edu.au, or by calling the UWS Contact Service Centre on 9852 5800 (Ext 5800).

To report an urgent maintenance issue that requires immediate attention, please phone the USW Contact Service Centre on 9852 5800 (Ext 5800). After hours calls regarding urgent maintenance issues will be transferred to the Duty security officer.
