Campus Managers

Capital Works and Facilities' Campus Managers act as 'the face of CW&F'. They are responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of minor capital works and reactive and preventative maintenance across the UWS campuses and entities.

Part of this process involves liaising with senior UWS staff and stakeholders, and key entities staff to deliver quality, timely and cost effective outcomes for the campuses in alignment with strategic goals.

Aswant Prasad

• Calvert Antoine is Project Manager for Parramatta campus
• Len Salani is Campus Maintenance Specialist for Parramatta campus (including the Westmead Precinct) and Nirimba Education Precinct, Blacktown campus.

Steve Norris-Smith

• Bert Gonzalez is Project Manager for Penrith campus
• Bob Fowler is Project Manager for Hawkesbury campus
• Glen Holder is Campus Maintenance Specialist, Mechanical for both campuses.

Robert Lockie

Campus Manager (Campbelltown/Bankstown)

Robert leads a Campus Team comprised of Project Managers and Technical Specialists:

• Walter Brown is Project Manager for Campbelltown campus
• Dean Monaghan is Project Manager for Bankstown campus
• Steve Lucas is A/Project Manager for both Bankstown and Campbelltown campuses
• Les Cubitt works across both campuses as the Campus Maintenance Specialist, Mechanical
• Roy Attard is the Facilities Co-ordinator for the School of Medicine.

The Project Managers are based at their campus, where they deliver minor projects and oversee maintenance work. The Campus Managers work with their Campus Teams to ensure UWS's campuses are safe, attractive and sustainable places for research, teaching and learning.
