Commercial Property

Commercial Property is an integral element of the Campus Development Unit that manages a portfolio of properties on behalf of the University across all campuses that are leased to external clients on either short term or longer tenancies.

Tenants comprise a mix of University partnerships, businesses and engaged community groups that are active across the Greater Western Sydney region.

Income derived from the portfolio goes directly to the University's strategic teaching and research initiatives; contributes to enhancing the student experience on campus and will assist in building an endowment fund to enable UWS to become one of the pre-eminent research universities.

The commercial property team is made up of experienced staff members, with detailed knowledge of the property market. They manage and negotiate commercial opportunities within a varied portfolio of:

• Office, Showroom and Storage spaces
• Conference facilities and Recreation opportunities
• Grazing lands and Glasshouses
• Telecommunication towers
• Vocational education spaces
