Associate Professor Robyn McGuiggan

Associate Professor Robyn McGuiggan is Executive Dean for the College of Business. Prior to becoming Executive Dean, Robyn was the College's Acting Associate Dean (Academic) since late 2004, Acting Head of the Graduate School since October 2005 and before this time was responsible for academic programs and quality in the Sydney Graduate School of Management. Professor Bobby Banerjee

Professor Bobby Banerjee is Associate Dean of Research for the College of Business. Prior to taking up this position Professor Banerjee was Professor of Strategic Management and Director of Research at the InternationalGraduate School of Business, University of South Australia. He has also held positions at RMIT University where he was the Director of the Doctor of Business Administration Program, University of Wollongong where he was Director of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs, and the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Yi-chen Lan

Dr Yi-Chen Lan is the Associate Dean (International) in College of Business, the University of Western Sydney. Dr. Lan is also an academic at the School of Computing & Mathematics, at the same university. Dr. Geoffrey Lee

Dr Geoffrey Lee is the Associate Dean Engagement for the College of Business. In this role, Geoffrey is accountable for embedding an engagement philosophy within the College as a key driver for teaching, learning and research. Geoffrey was also a Senior Lecturer in the School of Marketing and was Head of Program (post-graduate marketing) until taking up the role of Associate Dean Engagement. Geoffrey also has been a unit coordinator and lecturer for a range of post and undergraduate units that include e-marketing, marketing planning project, and business to business marketing. Read more

Professor Stephen Teo, Associate Dean (Academic), College of Business, University of Western SydneyProfessor Stephen Teo is Associate Dean (Academic) in the College of Business. Prior to joining academe, he has ten years professional experience in the banking and public sectors in Malaysia and Australia. Professor Teo held various academic appointments at University of Technology Sydney, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and Queensland University of Technology.
