The Alumni and Graduate Services Unit is committed to providing the highest level of integrity in dealing with all those who interact with us. We collect, store and use information about graduates of the University of Western Sydney in accordance with the University's Privacy Policy Guidelines. This policy also describes other important topics relating to the privacy of your personal information and your privacy rights.

Alumni Privacy Statement

The Alumni and Graduate Services Unit provides graduates of the University of Western Sydney and its preceding institutions opportunities to remain associated with the University in a variety of ways that include, but may not be restricted to:

• Informing you about the University through its electronic and print publications
• Informing you about the program of activities for graduates, and the activities of graduate chapters
• Informing you of opportunities to be actively involved with the University and is graduate chapters
• Providing you with information about our latest degree programs and life-long learning opportunities
• Providing you with information about commercial products and services with exclusive or preferential advantage for UWS graduates
• Seeking your support for the University's mission through the University of Western Sydney Foundation

To remain in touch, the Alumni and Graduate Services Unit collects personally identifiable information when you update your contact details, notify us of a change of address, register for an event, subscribe to a service, or register for a graduate chapter.

Please be assured your information is not shared with any unrelated outside company or third party.

At all times the provision of your personally identifiable information is optional. Should you wish to cease contact, the opportunity will be made available to you. Alternatively, you may contact the Alumni and Graduate Services Unit to request your removal from our mailing lists.
