Alumni Volunteers: September 2010 Graduations

UWS September Graduation Ceremonies

Alumni Volunteers are invited to take part in the September 2010 Graduation Ceremonies which will be held from Tuesday 21 September to Thursday 23 September.

There are 4 shifts available:

Registration, Gowning

7.45 AM - 12.15 PM

12.45 PM - 5.15 PM

Auditorium

8.30 AM - 1.30 PM

1.30 PM - 6.30 PM

Gown Returns

10.20 AM - 2.30 PM

2.30 PM - 6.30 PM

You can elect to work one shift or work the entire day. A light lunch is provided to those who work the entire day and parking will be allocated in the VIP parking area.
